These are mainly associated with weight gain, creating fats in the body. When you cut eating carbs, blood sugar will stable, insulin level will drop, and it will help to burn fat/calories. 

Instead of eating Carbs we eat protein rich foods. Example: Meat, Cheese, Seafood etc.
